Summary: On arrival, the property appeared clean, if dated. Front desk clerk (FDC) was professional and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. A floor lamp did not have a bulb in it and a desk lamp did not work. FDC sent a very pleasant and friendly young man with a new bulb. The floor lamp worked for awhile but started flickering. The young man found the desk lamp unplugged. He plugged it back in. It worked, for awhile. It then started flickering. We now know why the bulb was removed from one and the other was unplugged. This left us with only one source of light. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The next morning we went to have breakfast at the hotel. The time was 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to end at 9:00. When we saw the breakfast area, we almost walked out right then. The place was filthy! There were crumbs all over the counters and the floor. There was absolutely no food to be seen! There no food in the warmers, there was no cereal. There was no bread or pastries! When I say there was nothing, i mean it! Again, breakfast was advertised as ending at 9:00 and this was 8:30! My wife says even if there had been food, she would not have eaten because of the lack of cleanliness.

Summary: The room was dirty. I needed clean sheets as there were unknown stains on " fresh" sheets. The room was very musty. And my dog found an old rawhide chew that

Summary: Hotel main corridors had dirty, stained carpet, damaged paint job. Shower curtain was dirty and bed sheets were stained. Overall, hotel needs updating and cleaning. New carbon monoxide detector flashes a light in the bedroom every 30 seconds which was annoying when trying to sleep.

Summary: Two out of the four lamps in the room were broken and did not work. The bathtub dripped loudly all night, long and all day long. There was mold on the ceiling above the bathtub that they had tried to cover up with paint. I work in the paint industry was very evident that that’s what they had tried to do.

Summary: I'm baffled that this hotel was rated 8.0. Desk employee at check in was surly and unwelcoming. Common areas were dirty. Room seemed to be clean but bedspread was stained. Internet was extremely slow.

Summary: The room looked nice but the bathroom was dirty, the shower collected water like 20 seconds after it was turned on and was gross looking. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone and no one came so I went back again and told a different person and he came and tried to unclog but couldn’t so poured draino down and said I couldn’t shower for 2 hours it was 10:30 at night. Waited and it still didn’t help!! No offer to shower in another room or change rooms mind you we paid $215 for this room.
